As of iOS update 10.3, there is a bug that causes Caffiend on Apple Watch to not synchronize properly with the Caffiend iOS app. We are hard at work on a solution to this and will include the fix in the next Caffiend update, version 1.7

Hello this still seems to be an issue. On latest iOS 13 release and watch OS release and data entered on watch appears on phone app but does not appear on watch.

Sorry this comment was accidentally marked as spam. I will look into this and follow up with you. Are you entering data on the phone or the watch when this occurs? Does it occur with all data or just certain ones?
