As of iOS update 10.3, there is a bug that causes Caffiend on Apple Watch to not synchronize properly with the Caffiend iOS app. We are hard at work on a solution to this and will include the fix in the next Caffiend update, version 1.7

Hydration Not Tracking Properly in “My Drinks”
We have received reports of a bug where drinks saved to either the second or third “My Drinks” slot on the homepage do not properly track hydration values. We are currently investigating the error.
Updater not functioning properly
We are aware of an issue where in certain circumstances the built in drink update mechanism in Caffiend will fail to check for updates. This will be corrected in Caffiend 1.1.
At this time, you may still check for drink updates manually. This functionality works as intended
Can’t add items on iPhone 4S
We are aware of an issue that pushes the “Add to Caffiend” button past the bottom of the screen on iPhone 4S. This will be fixed in the next update, Caffiend 1.1.
For the current time, a known workaround is to add the drink as a favorite and then enter it from the Caffiend home screen.
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
Caffiend only displays in ounces
Caffiend 1.0 is designed to function in U.S. ounces (oz). For our international customers, Caffiend 1.1 includes support for milliliters (mL).
Icon not displaying on Apple Watch app
We are aware of an issue where the Caffiend icon does not display on the Apple Watch app. The daily total data provided is correct. This will be fixed in a future update.
Can’t remove unwanted items
We are aware of an issue where if you accidentally add a drink you did not intend, there is no way to remove it from the daily total. You can remove the individual entry from Health if you are using Healthkit. A future update to Caffiend will include a Drink Journal feature, which will allow more fine grained control over your caffeine history, including editing and deleting previous entries.
